Terms and Conditions

The Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. website contains an online store and a website that operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Upon registering in the system, the visitor obtains a username and password, with which they can, on every visit to the website, access their account (User profile) and/or acquire the right to purchase. The username and password unambiguously identify the user and link them to the data entered. These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the owner of the online store, the suppliers of items, and the consumer.

The contract can only be concluded in the Slovenian language.

2. Prices and accuracy of data

All prices are in EUR and include the prescribed VAT. Prices are valid until new prices are published on the Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. website. The provider strives to keep the information published online as up to date and accurate as possible. Nevertheless, the characteristics of items, delivery times, and prices change, so it is possible that the provider may not manage to update the information on the website at the same time as the change occurs. In such a case, the buyer is notified of the changes and is given the option to cancel or exchange the ordered item. If the price of an item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will notify the buyer of this. In every case, the provider will do its best to ensure a lower price for the buyer or to offer a suitable solution to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. We ship via Pošta Slovenije within the agreed period.

3. Ordering

Ordering takes place online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer selects and orders products available to them in the online store, sorted into categories. After placing an order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It states the products and quantities selected by the buyer. Comprehensive information about the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer in the online store, in the Visitor Profile section (the "Your profile" link). Should the buyer wish to change or cancel the order, they must notify the provider at the e-mail address oprema.tonko@gmail.com, also stating the purchase number mentioned in the purchase confirmation e-mail. Within the promised deadline, the provider discreetly packs and dispatches the goods and notifies the buyer of this by e-mail. In the same e-mail, the buyer is also informed of the return policy, whom to contact in the event of a delivery delay, and whom to contact in the event of a complaint.

4. Protection of personal data

The company Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. undertakes to protect the data on customers that it obtains via the Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. online store and website, and to use the collected data exclusively for carrying out purchases. Customer data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties. Registration and/or entry of personal data in the Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. online store and website is required solely for the proper provision of the online store's services.

5. Right of withdrawal from purchase, return of goods

The buyer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without having to state the reason for their decision. The notice is deemed timely if the shipment is sent within the deadline. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The buyer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after notifying the withdrawal. If the buyer has withdrawn from the purchase, the company must refund all payments made. The company must make the refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. If the company is late with the refund, it must, in addition to statutory default interest, pay the buyer an additional 1/10 of the payments received for every full 30 days of delay in the refund. When returning an item, the buyer must adequately protect the item before handing it over to the carrier. The item must be protected with the original packaging or packaging that protects the item just as well as the original packaging. Shipping costs are always borne by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

• goods made to the consumer's precise specifications and personalised to their individual needs;
• cases in which the buyer has explicitly requested a home visit from the company for the purpose of urgent repair or maintenance.

6. Complaints and disputes

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint-handling system and to designate a person whom the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail in the event of problems. Complaints may be submitted via the e-mail address oprema.tonko@gmail.com. The complaint-handling procedure is confidential. The provider is aware that an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle preventing consumers from bringing disputes before a court. The provider therefore does its best to ensure that any disputes are resolved amicably.

The buyer may also file a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The company Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. does not recognise any out-of-court dispute resolution provider.

The owner of the Tonko, beekeeping equipment, Anton Urek s.p. website ensures the protection of personal data, which will be used solely for the purpose of informing about the progress of orders (in the event that the visitor makes a purchase in the online store) and for sending promotional material. The owner guarantees that the data of visitors and users will be used only for the purpose of ensuring the smooth processing of orders and will not be disclosed to third parties. In the event of problems or ambiguities regarding the use of the website, the owner of the website reserves the right to contact the consumer via remote means of communication. By registering, the visitor allows the owner of the website to collect and use the personal data entered during registration. All data provided by the visitor during registration is intended solely for the provider's business operations and will not be disclosed for other purposes or to third parties. We permanently store the data entered by the visitor during registration in a computer system that is duly secured and protected. We accept no liability in the event of any "intrusion" into the computer system!

Content on the website may include material whose copyright may also belong to third parties. Therefore, any distribution of information from the website is permitted only with the written approval of the owner. We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. All items may bear advertising stickers of our company.
