Shipping and payment

1. Shipping

The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed period. The contractual partner for parcel delivery is GLS. Item prices listed on the website do not include the shipping cost. Shipping is calculated before the order is placed and is shown to the user in writing.

Shipping costs:

  • Slovenia and Croatia: €5.50 — free for orders over €100
  • Other EU countries: €16.00 — free for orders over €150
  • Personal pickup: no additional costs

For all orders shipped from our central warehouse, the usual delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Delivery to some other EU countries may take a few days longer. If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

The provider bears the transport risk. Any damage or shortage must be reported by the user in writing no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods.

2. Payment methods

All available payment options are displayed in the cart during checkout, depending on the selected delivery country. You can pay for your ordered products in the following ways:

  • Payment by credit and debit card (Stripe): Enables secure and fast payment 24 hours a day. Payment is processed via the secure Stripe system, which supports most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
  • PayPal: Payment via PayPal is available in all countries we deliver to. You do not need to enter the amount manually — simply confirm the payment in your PayPal account.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Extremely fast, simple and secure contactless payment is enabled via Apple Pay and Google Pay for smart device users.
  • Payment by pro forma invoice (also via SEPA QR code): Upon purchase, we send a pro forma invoice to your email address together with a QR code for payment (UPN QR for Slovenia, or SEPA/EPC QR for other EU countries), which you can simply scan in your mobile banking app. The invoice can also be paid via online banking, at a bank or at the post office. You can send us proof of payment at oprema.tonko@gmail.com to enable faster processing of your order. Due to varying bank transaction times, this option may cause a delay in the dispatch of goods (up to 3 days).
  • Cash on delivery: Available in certain countries (in Slovenia). You pay the courier by cash or card upon receipt of the parcel.
