The provider assumes the risk of transport. Any damage or shortage in quantity must be reported in writing by the user no later than 8 days after receiving the goods.

Payment by advance invoice
If you decide on this form of payment, we will send you a proforma invoice to your e-mail address when you make a purchase through the online store. You can settle it via online banking, at the bank or at the post office. After making the payment, you can send us a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address oprema.tonko@gmail.com and thus enable faster processing of your order. Once we receive your payment, we ship the ordered and paid products to you.
